General

I enjoy the realization of this project and it furthermore assists the development of many useful functions. In order to preserve this I appeal to abide by following items.

Licensing

The application can be used without restrictions for private purposes. The commercial, respectively industrial use is prohibited. In exceptional cases a permission can be obtained from me.

Distribution & Propagation

The tool is exclusively provided on my website. Should there be an interest in another form of propagation (duplicates on CD's and other medias), can this exclusively happen after my written consent. By this way I want to guarantee that there is only one primary source providing the newest version.

Intellectual Property

I denote the realization of this project as a whole as my intellectual property. I disapprove the distribution of "own" Tune•Instructor versions!
